Sundays 4 pm - 6 pm; Sept. 28, Oct. 5,12, 26 and Nov. 2, via Zoom From Your Heart to Theirs: Delivering an Effective Sermon Move beyond the foundations necessary for preparing an engaging sermon. This course instructs how to use available resources to craft sermons and build your confidence in an ever-changing landscape of ministry. Rev. Calvin Collins will be the instructor. The required book will be From Your Heart to Theirs by Tony Franks and David Carroll. Rev. Kenneth McQuiller will be the instructor. This course on praying in public will help the participant grow in confidence and skill in public prayer and enrich their personal prayer life. Certified Lay Minister Elaine Short will be the instructor.
