Mission Dinner at AC

The Youth Ambassadors In Mission is celebrating its 12th year in ministry.  There will be a special Dinner Celebration on June 10, 2016 at 5:00 pm at Hofstra University during the Annual Conference.  All YAM participants from 2005 through 2016 are invited to be present at the dinner.  They will receive a Yearbook that has photos and stories from their mission journey experiences.  Pastors, parents, family and friends are also invited to attend the special YAM celebration

The Youth Ambassadors In Mission (YAM) ministry focuses on one simple purpose: Making Disciples for Christ.  This purpose is accomplished by growing young Christian leaders, developing their faith, teaching them how to love and serve God’s children everywhere in this world, and instilling in them the Wesleyan/Holiness missions spirit of evangelism and social responsibility.
On this Year of the YAM, which is the 12th year in ministry, they are telling their success stories of the ways in which the mission journey experience changed their lives.  Almost all the YAMs are serving in ministries of various kinds.  Some accepted the call into full-time ordained ministry and are in seminary, and others are serving in the missionary field.  In everyone’s story, there is this sense of a unique effect and a spiritual touch that occurred in their lives.

Come and listen to these inspiring stories from the voices of our youth on June 10, 2016 at the YEAR OF THE YAM Celebration Dinner at Hofstra.  Please register your attendance by clicking here.
